• – The voucher is valid to use for one year starting from issuance date.
• – The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or promotions.
• – The voucher can only be used once.
• – The voucher can only be redeemed once, partial redemption is not possible regardless of the actual redemption value.
• – Only online payments are accepted for digital vouchers.
• – Digital vouchers are typically issued within a few minutes and emailed to you.
• – Digital vouchers cannot be purchased together with other products.
• – You can order any number of digital vouchers together in one order, you will receive a separate email for every voucher you order.
• – Balacona retains the right to reject any vouchers that have been tampered with in any way.
• – Balacona may, at any time, modify these terms and conditions.
